IF THE SCREENSAVERS DOESN'T WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER

First of all make sure that your hardware corresponds to our minimum system requirements. Our products are available for Windows NT/2000/XP, the latest products are also available for Vista. You should also have at least DirectX 9 on your PC.

To see what goes wrong and what we can do about it we need to get the system parameters of you computer. Please download our software that will test your computer at http://www.3drelax.com/bin/SystemParametersScaner.exe, run it and press Send button when it appears. Please note, it is important that you run the software on the same computer you are trying to run our screensaver on.

And finally, please email at customersupport@3drelax.com with the following information: specify exactly which product is not working (the name of the screensaver/game) and describe the problem.
