Payment: Install/uninstall a screensaver/game: What are the minimum system requirements for your products?

I've downloaded a screensaver/game, but it does not run properly. What can I do?

I'd like to receive notifications of the future releases and updates.

Registration: To become our member, please click Register button in the Customer section on the right. Fill in the required fields of the form and click Submit. You will then be transferred to the secure payment processing system 2Checkout.com, make a payment with your credit card and receive a letter of confirmation. Then please go to our site, log in using your user name and password you provided when registered, and download all the products you like. The link to password recovery page is in the Customer section on the right. Please enter the email you provided when registered, and the password will be sent to your email address immediately. If you have any problems recovering your password, or you wish to change your password, please send us a new password, and we shall assign it manually.
Payment: To subscribe, please register using the Register button in the Customer section on the right. After the registration you will be transferred to the secure payment processing system 2Checkout.com, make a payment with your credit card, and receive a letter of confirmation. Then please go to our site, log in using your user name and password you provided when registered, and download all the products you like.
Please note, by signing up and paying one-time yearly subscription fee you get access to all products that are already in stock plus all new games and screensavers that will come out in the next twelve months! Yes, you certainly may. Just select a screensaver or a game you would like to purchase, press Download full, and you will be transferred to the secure payment processing system 2Checkout.com, where you can make a payment with your credit card. When you receive a letter of confirmation, please go to our site, log in using your user name and password you provided when registered, and download the product you selected. We cooperate with 2Checkout.com, thus you may use your credit card or your PayPal account to purchase our products.
Installation/uninstall a screensaver/game: The installation does not upgrade automatically when you make a payment. You need to go to www.3drelax.com, log in using your user name and the password you provided when registered, and download the full versions available to all 3D Relax members. Please make sure use the link Download full under the screenshot of the product.
After you download and install the full version of the product, we suggest you uninstall the free version to avoid any further confusion. Please click Start on your Task Bar, then select All programs and go to 3DRelax folder. Find a product you wish to uninstall and select Uninstall from the list of options.
You can also go to Task Bar and click Start, select Control Panel, select Add/Remove programs, and the screensaver should be in the list of programs you can uninstall.
Our products are available for Windows NT/2000/XP, the latest products are also available for Vista. You should also have at least DirectX 9 on your PC.
Please email at customersupport@3drelax.com with the following information: specify exactly which product is not working (the name of the screensaver/game) and describe the problem.
To speed up the process, you may also send us the system parameters of you computer. Please download our software that will test your computer at http://www.3drelax.com/bin/SystemParametersScaner.exe, run it and press Send button when it appears. Our technical support service will then receive the report of system parameters and see what goes wrong and what we can do about it. Please note, it is important that you run the software on the same computer you are trying to run our screensaver on. We are happy to help you and will make every effort to respond quickly to your question or comments. We offer 24/7 support, and most of our users receive the replies almost immediately because most of the problems have to do with their not being able to log in, their questions about settings, etc. As to the most complicated questions that require the attention of the developer of the particular screensaver, delays sometimes happen because obviously not everyone works around the clock along with the support.

Since we do not wish to send automated replies instead of meaningful messages and deal with every matter individually, we warn our users (this issue is addressed in our Help section) that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to come up with a solution - or at least try to do so
